Mahjong Tide

Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Mahjong Tide game, website, and services. They are intentionally simple: play fairly, respect other players, and do not try to harm the service.

The service

Mahjong Tide is a mahjong solitaire game published by Sylvain GRAVEJAT EI. You can play without an account. An optional account lets you do things such as synchronize progress between devices and join the Daily leaderboard.

Your account

• You are responsible for access to your email address and the sign-in methods connected to your account.
• Your player name may appear publicly on the leaderboard. Choose one that does not impersonate someone else and is not abusive, hateful, or unlawful.
• You can change your information, download your data, and delete your account from the Account screen.
• Do not sell or transfer your account.

Fair play and acceptable use

You may play, experiment, and share your results. You must not circumvent leaderboard rules, falsify results, use automation to overload the service, attempt to access another person’s account or data, or interfere with Mahjong Tide’s security or operation.

We may remove a clearly invalid result or suspend account access in response to serious abuse. Where the circumstances allow, we aim to use a proportionate response first.

Content and intellectual property

The Mahjong Tide name, interface, writing, software, sounds, layouts, and presentation are protected under applicable law. Many artworks shown in the game are in the public domain; their inclusion in Mahjong Tide does not create a new right over the original artwork.

You may share result images and other material that the game expressly creates for personal sharing. These terms do not permit you to republish the game, sell its components, or present the Mahjong Tide brand as your own.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Mahjong Tide available and reliable, but an online service can experience interruptions, errors, and maintenance. The game may evolve: features, content, technical rules, and compatibility may be added, changed, or removed.

Material updates that significantly reduce your rights or change how your account is used will be presented clearly. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

Paid services

If Mahjong Tide offers paid features, their price, duration, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules will be shown before purchase in separate sales terms or the applicable store terms. These Terms of Use do not by themselves create a purchase commitment.

Liability

Mahjong Tide is provided for entertainment. To the extent allowed by law, the publisher is not responsible for indirect loss caused by interruption, incompatibility, or loss of locally stored data. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law without taking away mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence. If a problem arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it simply.
